Freight Flex was established in 2015 and is a WA owned and operated business. At Freight Flex we understand that the safe and timely delivery of your freight is integral in maintaining customer satisfaction which is why we pride ourselves on our flexible transport solutions.

With a fleet ranging from 1T vans and utes to 8T 12 palet trucks servicing the Perth Metro area we have a wide range of services to suit your businesses transport needs.

From on demand delivery services, to multiple daily pick-ups and Permanent Hire drivers Freight Flex understands that every business has different needs and requires flexibility when it comes to their freight distribution and not one service fits all.

That’s why here at Freight Flex we assist our customers with a one on one customised service to suit their business needs, along with our dedicated Customer Service and Business Development Team all our clients also have direct contact with our Director and Managing Partner to ensure a seamless service which is second to none.

Meet our founders

  • Ankit Gera

    Managing Director and Co-Founder


    As Managing Director and Co-Founder of Freight Flex, Ankit leads the team responsible for freight handling, warehouse fulfilment and delivery throughout Perth, Western Australia.

    Ankit migrated to Australia from India in 2008 and has qualifications in IT Networking, Marketing and Business Management. Following a successful career in hospitality management which included managing his own restaurant Ankit ventured into the transport and logistics industry. Initially starting as a driver and freight handler, within one year Ankit identified a gap in the industry and started supplying both drivers and freight handlers to transport companies throughout Perth and currently manages a team of over 70 drivers and freight handlers.

    Throughout his time in the industry Ankit has proven his dedication to his clients and his team and to providing an efficient, safe and customer focussed service.

  • Melissa O’Malley

    Operations Manager & Co-Founder


    As Co-Founder of Freight Flex, Melissa attains over fifteen years experience in business management as well as holding a Bachelor of Laws and Post Graduate Certificate in Immigration Law from Murdoch University.

    Melissa works closely with the company’s Director Ankit adding considerable value to the company’s client acquisitions, management, business development and legal compliance.
